A yoga session - for the indecisive, holidaymakers and those who don't want to commit. Come in and book your time for yourself. Whether gentle hatha yoga, strengthening sessions or devotional yin yoga.
Please check the event calendar to see when the courses are taking place and arrive about 10 minutes before the start of the course in order to arrive relaxed. The gates will then close punctually at the times indicated. And please inform me in good time if you are unable to attend.

Come in and book time for yourself. Arrive fully in the moment. Treat yourself to a little time out - just for you. The beginners' course at the yogadurst studio aims to bring you closer to the asanas - with sun salutations, subtle exercises before and after the flow and gentle breathing exercises. We practise mindfulness, strengthen awareness and then immerse ourselves in the asanas. Practise the sun salutation and get to know how to access the centre. Learn to breathe correctly. Slowly and steadily, we get to know our own form. If you want to experience yourself anew, like a child on a journey of discovery, then my beginners' course is the right place for you!
