Schützen Bataillonsfest "Oberes Zillertal" on Sunday, 13 August 2023 in Hippach / Laimach

The Schützenkompanie Hippach with battalion commander Fritz Sandhofer are pleased to host this year's battalion meeting of the battalion "Oberes Zillertal".

From 9.30 a.m. the companies and bands will arrive at the festival site in Laimach (start from Hippach church and from Laimach Gasthof Metzgerwirt). At 10.00 a.m. the field mass begins, celebrated by our Father Piotr Patyk. The mass will be solemnly framed by the Bundesmusikkapelle Hippach. We welcome Schützenkompanie Finkenberg as a company of honour. In addition to the companies from Tux, Finkenberg, Mayrhofen, Ramsau and Hippach, friendly riflemen from South Tyrol will also be present. After the mass, all companies will fire their salutes at the festival site. Afterwards the procession will lead through Laimach and the parade will take place opposite the Gasthof Hubertus. We are particularly pleased that the Musikkapelle Münsing from Bavaria will give a guest concert in the festival tent. The concert continues with the well-known Zillertaler Tanzlmusig. Food and drink are well provided for. Of course there will also be Zillertaler Krapfen and many other "guate Schmankerlang".

The Schützenkompanie Hippach is looking forward to many local visitors as well as guests from near and far!

The event will take place in all weathers. In case of bad weather, everything will take place in the marquee.
