Program: This workshop is an introduction to the Wim Hof method. Here you will learn everything you need to know to practice the method yourself! Everyone is welcome - no previous experience is necessary. The Wim Hof method rests on three pillars: breathing, cold & mindset. 🗣️❄️🤗 By combining the three pillars we can achieve a variety of positive effects for ourselves. In the workshop you will practice all three pillars individually and in combination in a mix of theory and practice with an experienced and certified trainer. After the workshop you will be ready to continue practicing the Wim Hof method independently. *Minimum number of participants 5 people
