Guided hike in Absam
Guided hike in Absam
Description
On this guided hike in Absam we visit Austria's largest nature park. While enjoying the winter wonder land we also try to get to see some wild animals with binoculars.
Every Friday at 10 a.m., our guests can experience a guided hike in Absam as part of our winter holiday activities. With eagle‘s eye and binoculars in search of tracks, we get to know Austria‘s largest nature park from a different angle. In doing so, we will not only look forward, but also back to a time when humans and animals were closely connected to nature and exposed to numerous dangers: 700 years of mining in the Halltal valley, the beginnings of alpinism, hunting and forestry shaping the landscape until today. A journey of discovery of a special kind!
Registration required: until 5 p.m. the day before at the Hall tourist board under +43 5223 45544 or info@hall-wattens.at
